Logan Forsythe (Padres)

Per the Padres’ request, Logan Forsythe has been taking fly balls in the outfield this week at Petco Park.

Forsythe has never played the outfield in a professional game, but he did see time in right and center in college. “I think it’s very beneficial, especially if I can get comfortable out there,” the super-utilityman said Thursday. “Anything that I can do to help the resume.”
